musings
While i'm supposed to type my stupid International Law reflection sheet to be handed up in less than 12 hours...I've decided to be lured by my insatiable desire to indulge in online decadence. In other words, eat snake. That includes
-blogsurfing (hell, we never get sick of such voyeuristic nature),
-soccer news (they are mainly depressing though, considering the slump that pool is in right now. Its so fucking embarressing I dont even want to walk near someone wearing a pool jersey in school.)
-facebook (it has become a daily staple. the constant need to feel connected to the world of online personas, for fear of getting lodged out of this face paced world of pretence)
-gmail (with every refresh, i hope for some reply from the jobs i applied, and i cringe at every mail sent out by profs who have nothing better to do)
-Isohunt and Mininova (i dont think i should elaborate on this, this space may be tracked for all we know)
-Channelnewsasia, CNN, BBC (to feel politically informed like i should as a PS undergrad. See..the word is SHOULD. I couldnt actually give 2 hoots that kosovo is finally a free and independent state, but my module deem that i should actually pretend to be politically engaged and informed. Well...at least it beats reading the straights times)
-youtube and crunchyroll (these are FUCKING dangerous websites. They can break your future. AND I'M NOT KIDDING. Coz lack of discipline and control, plus accidental discoveries can lead to HOURS of devotion to a small grainy screen, while casting all worries about assignments and readings under the bed. I was the unwilling victim of this technology when i watched stephen chows movies for the whole afternoon and night when i have 3 deadlines due)
-and lastly, Blogger.com. (this is pretty self-explantery)
