H.A.A.R.P

Just watched the dvd of Muse's gig at Wembley. Its the FUCKING LIVE BEST ACT i've ever seen! And i'm so glad to have caught them live at fort canning. I dont know what how to explain, but i'm just very drawn into their brand of new prog music. It all started with my love affair with Radiohead 10 years ago after Ok Computer.

And then i discovered Muse 8 years ago after Origins of Symmetry.
its indescribable.
You've got to be plugged into their music for long periods of time, watch them live, and then you will understand why i'm so lost for words.
New Prog = Classical + Progressive Rock + Electronica + Space Rock

Its grandiose, mellow, hair-standing, heart-wrenching, catchy all at the same time.
Similar to Radiohead, but yet different on all levels.

Radiohead still never fails to make me go into long periods of nerve-wreaking, hair-standing ordeal, esp if I plug into Paranoid Android.

But the energy level of Muse in their live gigs is just amazing.

The last time I felt something like that was when i was watching Tiesto's Element of Life live gig dvd at Copenhagen. THAT is the epitomy of ultimate absolute trance in the 21st century. never seen anything more elaborate....i mean, fountains in the middle of the stage? ha.
